Soracle Corporation (hereinafter “Soracle”) concluded a MOU with Archer Aviation Inc. (hereinafter “Archer Aviation”) of the U.S. to build a strategic partnership.

In addition to the demonstration operation program (*) at World Expo 2025 in Japan (hereinafter “Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai”) announced on September 26, 2024, both companies agreed to begin discussions on collaborating toward the realization of commercial eVTOL operations.

Soracle aims to develop routes for various applications in Japan, including airport shuttles, and transport within and between regions, creating a new, more accessible, and environmentally friendly mode of mobility based on eVTOLs. The recently concluded MOU with Archer Aviation includes purchasing rights for up to 100 of Archer Aviation’s eVTOL, “Midnight,” accelerating preparations for the early social implementation of eVTOLs.

Soracle will support the Future Society Showcase Project Exhibition, Smart Mobility Expo – Flying Cars as a Silver Partner at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, starting in April 2025. This project embodies the Expo’s concept of a “testing ground for future society” by allowing visitors to experience eVTOL technology up close. Soracle plans to conduct demonstration flights using Archer Aviation’s eVTOL, “Midnight,” by operating demonstration flights around the Expo venue, and between the venue and Osaka Heliport.
